We want you to love your greenery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on non-living goods within 30 days and offer replacements for plants that arrive damaged.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.
- 2.Documentation
For damaged plants, please upload a clear photo of the plant and the shipping box within 48 hours of delivery.
- 3.Packaging
Place non-living items back in their original packaging. For plant returns, follow our specific re-packing guide to ensure safety.
- 4.Drop Off
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
